The Circulation Manager, Ralph Whitfield, gives final instructions to the
Circulation Staff; Larry Howard, Tommy Irby, Jo Lynn Seymour,
Lindell Chrisman. Louis Weaks, Carol Wyatt, Bucky Wilson, standing, and
Jackie Gilliam and Guy Hill, seated
