Last Will and Testament

County of Henry

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That we, the Senior Class of 1929 of
the E. W. Grove Henry County High School, in said State and County, being sound in body and sounder m mind, do hereby make this, o,ur last Will and Testament thus making all other Wills and Testaments null and void.

ITEM 1: To the Juniors, the Senior Class leaves all ante-rooms to skip classes in.
ITEM 2: To the Juniors, the Class of '29 leaves the radiator by Mr Weston's room, as a special parking place—time limit fifteen minutes.
ITEM 3:To the Freshmen' the class of '29 wills the right to skip Study-Hall in Emmett Pntchett's car.
ITEM 4. To Aaron Brown, Tickle Thompson leaves the right to swipe Jimmy
Diggs' lunch the third period.
ITEM 5: Frank Johnson, winner of the beauty contest, leaves his good looks to Mac Stanton, provided he will not abuse the same.
ITEM 6: To Woodrow Turner, Stark Johnsonius leaves his "Trusty Sword "
ITEM 7: To Billy Bundy and Sarah Gaylor, Leon Timmons and Lona Muriel
McSwam leave the title of "The Most in Love."
ITEM 8: Dot Tucker is unanimously given the right to torture Freshmen, and
break all windows, that are to be broken.
ITEM 9: To the Sophomore Class, the Seniors gladly and willingly bequeath the right to listen to Mr. Weston's joke about "Kitty, Kitty, etc."
Item 10: To Imogene Erown Leon Tlmmons sady wills a bottle of "Curling Fluid."
Item 11: Albert Snow leaves the student body of Grove School the right to
"Shoot Tobies," if they will not cover his territory, the same being Buzzard Roost
ITEM 12: To Eloine McCutchen, Annefay McGehee leaves her rosy complexion
and lily-white skin, both of which were purchased from Mustin's Style Shop No 2.
ITEM 13: To the future Scintilla Staffs, Buster Thompson, 1929 Scintilla Business Manager, leaves all annual debts.

The foregoing instrument was signed, sealed and witnessed, this, the 11th day of May, 1929, as their last will and testament.
