Shankle; (third row) Mary Catherine Phelps Martin, Emily Enoch Foust, Aileene Whitehead Anderson, Margaret Jean Nichols Reese, Mary Evelyn Hastings Owen, Elaine Evans Clary, Homer Carter Jr.; (fourth row) Roy Douglass Nichols, Billy Whitehead, Clarence Lamb, Lyndell Whitehead. Two of those in the first row, Blackwood and Hastings, were killed in World War II.
