Shirley Patricia Walden Altman
Shirley Patricia Walden Altman, 74, of North Caldwell Street in Paris died Tuesday, July 16, 2002, at Henry County Medical Center.
Services will be a 2 p.m. Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home.
Glenn Elliott from Trinty United Methodist Church will officate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
No visitation is scheduled. There will be a memorial service at the home at 406 N. Caldwell Street, Paris, after the burial.
Born September 25, 1927, in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of Red and Elvira Pierce Walden, both deceased.
She was married March 13, 1948, to Danny I. Altman, who died October 16, 1998.
Mrs. Altman was a homemaker and graduate of Grove High School (1945) in Paris. She was a member of First Methodist Church and Turtle Point Country Club, both in Florence, Alabama..
She leaves two sons: Dan Patrick Altman of Paris and Mikal Eugene Altman of Memphis; and three grandchildren: Robby, Laureille and Leanne Altman.
