Richard Sterling Maxwell, 56, of Paris died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, at his residence after
an apparent heart attack. The body was cremated. A memorial service is scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Funeral Home in Nashville. John Dale, minister of Glendale Road Church of Christ in Murray, is to officiate. There will be no visitation. McEvoy Funeral Home handled local arrangements. Born April 15, 1951, in Paris, he was the son of Elizabeth Waller Maxwell of Paris and the late Richard E. Maxwell, who died Sept. 16, 1992. Maxwell was a graduate of Grove High School, Lipscomb University in Nashville and Harvard Law School. He also leaves a son: Micah Maxwell of Murfreesboro; one sister: Maxine Maxwell |
