| A graveside service for former
Henry Countian Norman Morris Floyd of Little Rock, Ark., will be at 1:30
p.m. Saturday in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Ridgeway Funeral Home. Visitation in Little Rock was planned from 4-6 p.m. today at Griffin Leggett Healy & Roth Funeral Home, with a brief prayer service to follow. Floyd, 63, died Monday, Sept. 5, 2011, in Little Rock. His wife, Janet Berry Floyd, survives. Born in Paris on Aug. 8, 1948, he was the son of the late John Hugh and Virginia Morris Floyd. Floyd was a former telephone telecommunications engineer with P&H Electronics in Memphis and worked with N&D Technical Service in Little Rock. He was a member of Sports Car Club of America. His wife said he loved to travel in his motor home and taking cruises. He traveled throughout the United States after retirement and took cruises on the Mediterranean, around Australia and across the Atlantic. He also circumnavigated South America. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice. |
