Frances J. Evans ~ Obituary

Funeral services for Frances Jean Evans, Big Sandy, age 66, were held
Tuesday, February 2, 2010, at 1:00 p.m. in the Ledon Chapel of Ridgeway
Funeral Home with Tim Cook officiating. Burial followed at Pleasant
Ridge Cemetery in Big Sandy. Ridgeway Funeral Home of Paris was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Evans passed away Saturday, January 30, 2010 at Henry County Medical
Center in Paris. She was born December 19, 1943 in Springville to the late George F. Wallace and Nell Martin Wallace. She formerly worked at Holley
Carburetor Plant, Emmerson Electric and was a member of New Bethel Baptist
Church in Paris.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eddie Franklin Evans, one sister and three brothers.

She is survived by a daughter, Tammy Evans Pillinger and a son, Timothy Evans, both of Bruceton; five sisters, Jinelle (Jimmy) Hainley of Springville, Betty (Roger) Underwood of Cottage Grove, Judy (Charles)
Merrell of Big Sandy and Ethel Johnson and Faye Clayton, both of Paris;
a brother, Russell (Mary) Wallace, also of Paris; five grandchildren, two great-granddaughters, several nieces and nephews and special friend Gage Hainley.
