| Paris native Jean Cronin, 78, of Paducah
died at 10:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2008, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in
Paducah. Her husband of 60 years Billy Cronin survives. The body was cremated. No service or visitation is planned. Milner and Orr Funeral Home in Paducah was in charge. Born Jan. 22, 1929, she was a daughter of the late Clyde and Clara Clary Cates. Cronin was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Paris. In addition to her husband, she leaves one daughter: Linda McLeod of Paducah; one son: Bob (Lauri) Cronin of Paducah; two grandchildren: Shane (Robin) Hendon of Mobile, Ala., and Katie Cronin of Paducah; and a great-grandchild: Gabriel Hendon of Mobile.
