| 'Bo" Brice Former Paris resident Forrest W. "Bo" Brice, 71, of Dahlonega, GA., died there Oct. 15, 2003, The body was cremated. A memorial service was conduct- ed at 3 p.m. Oct. 26 at Dahlonega United Methodist Church, where he was a member. Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega handled arrangements. His wife, Wanda K. Brice, sur- vives. Brice was born in Birmingham, Ala., a son of Ruth Carlisle Brice of Dahlonega and the late Norvelle Brice. He was reared in Paris and was president of his 1949 graduating class at Grove High School. He attended the University of |
Alabama in Tuscaloosa and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Brice retired as a marketing assis- tant vice president after 32 years with BellSouth, formerly Southern Bell. He also leaves a daughter: Mary-Norvelle Brice (Jim) Morris of Birmingham; two sons: Forrest M. (Dollie) Brice and Timothy M. (Amanda) Brice, both of Birming- ham; Three stepchildren: Joe (Debbie) Hancken of Dahlonega, Allison (Darrell) Warnix of Birmingham and Libby Fox of Nashville; One brother: Peter S. Brice of Gulf Shores, Ala.; seven grandchil- dren; and. one great-grandchild. Memorials may be made to Rainbow Children's Home, 247 E. Main St., Dahlonega 30533. |
