| Mary Annette Matthews Eaker, 68, of
Paris died this morning, November 8, 2002, at her residence. Services will be a 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, where she was a member. The Rev. Victor Ciaramitaro of Holy Cross Church will officate. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery. Family Members will serve as pallbearers. Visitation is planned after 5:00 p.m. today and until the service time on Saturday at her residence, 327 Edgewood Street. A Henry County native, she was born July 30, 1934, a daughter of the late Samuel Matthews and Christine Slaughter Matthews Durbin. Mrs. Eaker was a self-employed bookkeeper and tax preparer. She leaves one daughter: Mary K. Eaker of Nashville; one son: John Eaker of Paris; one sister Nancy (Warren) Lawrence of Murfreesboro; and two grandchildren; Joseph Matthew Eaker and Jordan Alise Eaker, both of Paris. |
